Very old unsupported releases:

Limited testing on a couple of configurations (both AMD and Nvidia) has found that this version has issues with judder/chopping head tracking.  It is provided here for testing purposes, but the SDK 0.4.4 release is preferred.  It also has the “Health and Safety Warning” enabled, due to issues with disabling it in the 0.5.0.1 SDK.
